Amendment repeal has to be done by ANOTHER AMENDMENT. (See: Prohibition.) An Amendment begins with a joint resolution of Congress. So that means the Senate has to be in liberty-friendly hands. It ain't.
And if a lot of you stay home rather than vote for Romney, the Senate is going to STAY in statist hands, and no repeal will be possible.
