The problem with trying to act black is that it doesn’t persuade turnout. If only 2% don’t summon up the wherewithal to go vote and if 2% more see the light, the election is lost.

The problem is though that, as usual, they've sorely misjudged, miscalculated, and mistimed.
Team Obama doesn't know today's Black American general coterie condition...which is (duh) that they're Americans, not Marxists.
And Black America is hurting under The Marxist...and Team Obama's race-baiting is realized by most probable Black voters as ignorant, offensive and REPULSIVE.
With Black unemployment at 25% under Obama, if the Axelrod/Obama/Gutter plan to 5h*t Disturb was to come to blows, I believe it will BACKFIRE. They will LOSE more black votes than they'll gain, and much of other would-be suburban Obama voters will turn.
But as the epic failures that they now are, race-baiting-to-rumbling...and voter fraud is all they have. Sad.
