On Monday, Barack Obama claimed that Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) blocked a bill giving aid to farmers and ranchers hurt by the severe drought, ABC News reported.
I am told that Governor Romneys new running mate, Paul Ryan, might be around Iowa the next few days, he said while in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He is one of the leaders of Congress standing in the way. So if you happen to see Congressman Ryan, tell him how important this farm bill is to Iowa and our rural communities.
There's only one problem with Obama's statement - the House passed a stopgap farm bill that is currently being held up by Democrats in the Senate. Not only did the measure pass the House, Rep. Ryan voted for it.

Bump
Another bald-faced lie by this ugly loser. I do hope Romney has an ad ready to run in the Mid-West that points out that the drought-relief bill was passed by the House Republicans (with Ryan’s vote) two weeks ago and has been bottled up in the Senate by Reid and the Democrats.
Zero must think farmers don’t have the internet and TV so he can tell them anything and they’ll believe it.
One thing Republicans certainly do not have is leadership in the House and Senate with a voice to let people know what is going on.
Boehner nor McConnell have been verbal or evenhint that there is an election. They just sit around as though deaf and dumb.
They should be out and working for Romney and Ryan.
If Ryan did block it, good! If he didn’t, he should have.
Looks like obammy plans on running against the VP nominee like in last election.
I sense panic from the Whitehouse. Their ideas have not worked, the economy is in freefall, gas prices are going up, and all they have left is to throw absolutely anything against the wall to see if it sticks.
They are an administration of lies, because they have nothing else.

This statement makes me wonder, will R2 buy front page advertising on the major search engines Google/Bing/Yahoo?
