The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette snatched the execrable John Brummett from a FREE WEEKLY, if you can believe that!

It may be time for those 11 states to start planning their next escape attempt from the perverted USSA.

Now Dixie is going GOP... now we need to work on a few states that were Republican, but now are Democratic. (CT could turn back to the Republican, if the state GOP was strong. Maine is going to be a battleground state, soon, because most people in Maine are fiscally conservative.

It is like this: I am as pleased as anyone could wish with this state of affairs, however comma, there are politicians who need watching closely. Here in Louisiana, there have been a “surprising” number deathbed conversions to the Republican Party as the state democrat party dies. I trust the Tea Party folks are keeping a close and skeptical eye on these “converts”. Those Texas Tea Partiers folks did a bang up job as well as those in a number of other states.
We have some real Rinos who need being taken out.

“The rise of Republicans marks the end of white Democrats as the leading political force in the South.”

The Dems love to salivate in the idea that their rag-tag bunch of minorities and malcontents will give them a permanent majority in this country.

What this ignores are trends, like this one, where white elected Democrat Southerners are nearly gone, and soon white Democrat voters will be next.

Then what? Maybe the successful Hispanics don’t stay with the Democrats (they have no reason to). If that - it’s over for them.

In other words, we are FAR from being defeated.

I can’t resist this:
_________________________________________________________

His name was John, a traditional Cracker; he was from
Apopka, Florida….. And he needed a loan, So… He walked into a bank in New York City and asked for the loan Officer.

He told the loan officer that he was going to Paris for an International redneck festival for two weeks and needed to borrow $5,000 and that he was not a depositor of the bank. The bank officer told him that the bank would need some form of security for the loan, so the Redneck handed over the keys to a new Ferrari. The car was parked on the street in front of the bank.

The Redneck produced the title and everything checked out. The loan officer agreed to hold the car as collateral for the loan and apologized for having to charge 12% interest.

Later, the bank’s president and its officers all enjoyed a good laugh at the Redneck from the South for using a $250,000 Ferrari as collateral for a $5,000 loan. An employee of the bank then drove the Ferrari into the bank’s private underground garage and parked it.

Two weeks later, the Redneck returned, repaid the $5,000 and the interest of $23.07.

The loan officer said, “Sir, we are very happy to have had your business, and this transaction has worked out very nicely, but we are a little puzzled. While you were away, we checked you out on Dunn & Bradstreet and found that you are a Distinguished Alumni from Ole Miss University, a highly sophisticated investor and Multi-Millionaire with real estate and financial interests all over the world. Your investments include a large number of wind turbines around Sweetwater, Texas. What puzzles us is, why would you bother to borrow $5,000?”

The good ‘ole boy replied, “Where else in New York City can I park my car for two weeks for only $23.07 and expect it to be there when I return?”

His name was John…. He is a “cracker”

Keep an eye on us southern boys! Just because we talk funny does not mean we are stupid.

Some have probably heard this using a blonde...still funny.

Republicans freed the slaves from Democrats in the South.

Perhaps in this generation they can free people of all races from dependence upon the federal government shaped (mostly) by Democrats.

It’s obvious these politicians will do anything to get re-elected. They’ll turn on a dime and give you nine cents change. They don’t give a damn about this country. They only want to cash in.

Ross Perot, love him or hate him, once said the goal is
“To have a government where the elected, appointed, and career officials come to serve and not to cash in.” We’ve yet to find them.

As a lifelong New Englander, I must say that I love the South. I visit down there frequently to visit family and as soon as I cross that Mason-Dixon line (you can tell because you start seeing Waffle Houses everywhere), the people get friendlier and the pace is just a little bit slower. People aren't as stressed-out and uptight all the time. I also prefer country music to the crap they play on the pop stations up here.

I'll hold out in New England as long as I can but it's nice to know there's a place to go. Don't worry, I won't be one of those northerners going down there to impose my city way of life - I'm leaving all that baggage behind!

Also, it will be nice to put Republican lawn signs in my yard without having to shine spotlights in my yard all night to keep the vandals away.

Thanks for posting this.

This is reflective of the actual reality in the country, rather than the preposterous “Obama is still popular” polls.
