That 10 year sponsor rule has always been in effect. However, no one pays any attention to it. Way back when I was hired as an eligibility worker for our welfare dept and was doing I&R (intake and referral) when I had to process some legal immigrants and I asked about their sponsors. I was told....yeah that is the law but we don’t ask and don’t pay any attention to it.

Perfectly stated! obama does the exact same thing... they are all communists... McCarthy was 100% correct. You forgot about drugs... they buy a lot of illegal drugs to sell so that they can use... add that to all of the other perks of illegality.

Ladies : Liz, auntB another freeper who see’s the light. Please add him/her to your (illegal) immigration lists.

Living in Maryland illegal immigration is a serious problem but not as big a problem as in the South Western states : NV(my relatives),AZ(SJB) , NM, CA (AuntB).

But I have seen massive legal immigration transform the east coast Maryland to NY and the result has not been positive. None of these groups, led by South Koreans, are voting against Democrats or Dem policies. Its been too many and too fast and too different for proper assimilation.
