Nondisclosure agreements involving the government cannot be enforced. Expect a FOIA lawsuit to be filed by Judicial watch by Friday.

In fact, the government can't even enforce this even if the agent discloses the terms of the settlement.

From our experiences in the Clinton years, this would seem to be betting on Charlie Brown while Lucy is holding the football.

In fact, it seems every bit of dirt, criminal activity, fraud, anti-American activity detected from this administration brings us the same Charlie Brown/Lucy football result.

IMO, the ruling elite have gamed the system enough to guarantee an outcome in their favor the vast majority of the time. This involves the media, the judicial system, and the obviously silent congress who should be screaming about a president with dictatorial EOs issued almost weekly.
