Without Sarah, and Newt as well (IMHO), this is a terrible thumb nose to conservatives/tea-partiers, and bad harbinger of things to come, and notice that while we may vote ‘R’, we are NOT happy about it...
There is a price Romeny has to pay for the way he behaved in the primaries; he’s done really nothing to assuage up to now and showing every indication this will continue...
Romney did Zero to reach the conservative base.
In the past, others gave “lip service”.
Not even lip service from Romulus.
If Romney takes a hard right turn 3 or 4 weeks before the election, it means his internal pols indicate conservatives
will not be turning out en mass and he will be desperate to reach out to them. Maybe he thinks he can win with-out conservatives. We shall see.
