We're now over SEVENTY-FIVE percent and going strong!! Woo hoo!! Less than 25% to go!!

Way to go, FReepers and lurkers!! "We're going to make it after all!!"

It won't be long now until we're over 80%, then over 90%, and then sprinting for the green!! Woo hoo!!

Despite the premature rumors of our early demise, FR is very much alive and still kicking liberal booty thanks to the continuing generosity of our loyal FReepers!! FReepers are absolutely the greatest!!

If you enjoy reading and participating on FR, if you think it's a worthwhile endeavor and would like to help us keep it going, please click the link above and donate via secure server. Make it a monthly if you can.

Or mail checks to Free Republic, LLC - PO Box 9771 - Fresno, CA 93794.

Monthly challenge:

We currently have some very generous FReeper sponsors kicking in an additional $10 for each new monthly donor. Help end FReepathons. Sign up to be a monthly donor today!!

Free Republic is funded solely by contributions made by liberty loving people who enjoy and use it. We are beholden to no political party, no outsiders, no sugar daddies, no corporate string pullers. We are self-funded, fiercely independent and enjoy our freedom to speak plainly in the name of Liberty.

Thank you all very much!!

Resistance to tyranny is obedience to God.

We are the resistance!!

Prayers up for our Republic!!

God bless.

"Connecticut is a state in the New England region of the northeastern United States. It is bordered by Rhode Island to the east, Massachusetts to the north, and the state of New York to the west and the south (with which it shares a water boundary in Long Island Sound). Connecticut is named for the Connecticut River, the major U.S. river that approximately bisects the state. Its capital city is Hartford. Much of southern and western Connecticut (along with the majority of the state's population) is part of the New York metropolitan area; three of Connecticut's eight counties are statistically included in the New York City combined statistical area, the same area is widely referred to as the Tri-State area. Connecticut's center of population is in Cheshire, New Haven County, which is also located within the Tri-State area.
Connecticut is the 3rd least extensive, the 29th most populous, and 4th most densely populated of the 50 United States. Called the Constitution State, Nutmeg State, and "The Land of Steady Habits", Connecticut was influential in the development of the federal government of the United States.
Connecticut's first European settlers were Dutch and established a small, short-lived settlement in present-day Hartford at the confluence of the Park and Connecticut rivers, called Huys de Goede Hoop. Initially, half of Connecticut was a part of the Dutch colony, New Netherland, which included much of the land between the Connecticut and Delaware rivers."

"Delaware is a U.S. state located on the Atlantic Coast in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. It is bordered to the south and west by Maryland, to the northeast by New Jersey, and to the north by Pennsylvania. The state takes its name from Thomas West, 3rd Baron De La Warr, an English nobleman and Virginia's first colonial governor, after whom what is now called Cape Henlopen was originally named.

Delaware is located in the northeastern portion of the Delmarva Peninsula and is the second least extensive, the sixth least populous, but the sixth most densely populated of the 50 United States. Delaware is divided into three counties. From north to south, these three counties are New Castle, Kent, and Sussex. While the southern two counties have historically been predominantly agricultural, New Castle County has been more industrialized."
