Yes, if the GOP had worked a bit harder in Nevada in 2010, there would be no Harry Reid in the Senate today.
Sharon Angle (was that her name?) really did have a chance...I read an article a year or so ago about the last half week of that campaign.
We (the GOP) really did BLOW IT. Just like we (the GOP) let Joe Miller down in Alaska and now that liberal Murkowski is still in office.
Delaware was another blown opportunity, though it was a much more “uphill battle” than the other two.
Nevertheless, we won’t win every battle...but we’ll win many. We win wars in incremental bits of time called “battles”, and not every battle is a victory.
Don’t give up.

This ALL falls at the feet of Rove! He refused to support anyone that HE didn’t hand pick, had true conservative morals, could make honest decisions on their own....WITHOUT the moderates approval.
Exactly why he would NOT back/support Newt! Newt went off their reservation far too often and Rove and his group were afraid they wouldn’t be able to control him...just like when Newt was speaker.
“...Dont give up....”
Giving up is not an option. Ever.
In Nevada, Alaska, and everywhere else the real enemy these days are the liberal Republicans! We can’t defeat people like Reid until we defeat the enemies who lurk amongst us pretending to be conservatives while openly pouring out their contempt and bile upon REAL conservatives like Joe Miller, Sharon Angle, and...God Bless her, Sarah Palin.
