The real percentage of homosexuals in any population is FAR less than the homosexual community reports. It’s just like the animal that makes it self look bigger in order to scare away predators or those who would attack. The puffer fish is one such animal. It has been so well known for thousands of years that the expression “puffed up” has been used that long. Go figure.

I have read that the actual percentage is 1-2%, and that the Kinsey Report was flawed (He reported 10%, but used incarcerated males in his sampling)

So, assuming that 2% is a reasonable number, help me with the math here.

....

“The survey of marriage statistics from various countries that legally recognize same-sex unions suggests that today between 1% and 5% of gays and lesbians have entered into a same-sex marriage.

In the Netherlands, which has had same-sex marriage as a legal option for the longest period (over four years), between 2% and 6% of gays and lesbians have entered marriages.”

Source The Washington Blade

....

So, what is 5% of 2%?

And, why should corporations make such stupid mistakes in supporting this small a population. There is something wrong with the picture here, and I am suspicious that these are getting some kind of political pressure from TPTB.

I can’t think of anything else that makes any kind of sense.

Perhaps polite letters to the heads of these corporations, asking them why they would jeopardize the bottom line by involving themselves in a political matter would be more helpful than threats of boycotts.

Point out the small percentage of the entire population of homosexuals, and then the very small percentage of those who actually want to get “married”.

It is better to make them think about the actual facts, unless they are being leaned on by the D.C. gestapo.

And, now that I think of it, a letter to your congress-critter might be helpful if he/she is unable to count the homosexual voters in his/her district.

And, now that I think of it, if any of you happen to own shares in any of these corporations, a polite “shareholder letter”, questioning the judgement of any corporate head/officer who bends to such a tiny percentage of the buying public, while offending the remainder of the population, might be equally effective.

Indicating that this apparent weakness to do diligent market research demonstrates a lack of executive skill in decision making, also might sway the corporate boards into firing a few of these idiots.

Once a few get fired, the rest will get as nervous as cats in a room full of rocking chairs.

You used a form of the word “puff” twice without a note of irony. Just sayin.
