The only people guilty of possibly suppressing someones free speech rights are the Mayors and other elected officials threatening to the use the power of government to punish a private citizen for expressing their views. If Mr. Cathy weren't the owner, he could have been fired for his comments, and Adam Smith should have been fired for sheer stupidity.

Exactly. If I were to vent my opinion on a certain subject in public I would be sure I wouldn’t embarrass the company I work for. In this case this is what that jerk did. He vented on an employee who could do nothing about what he was yakking about. His video has now gone viral and the only thing he can do now is go to his room and hide under a blanket for the next several years.
