For an executive - sure it is! I he had to stay pass 5, 6 7 or 8 pm - there is no overtime - he is salaried.

He is NOT an hourly worker.

No. Executives also have private personal time and lunch is part of that. ‘Executive’ is not a class of indentured servant. ‘Salaried” does not mean “no personal time ever”.
