The longer I live, the more I see that the Bible is an operators’ manual for God’s creation. If you throw sand in the gears on an individual level, you will crash yourself and if a Nation is collectively stupid enough to do it on a cultural level the Nation will crash and burn.
Homosexuality (reproduction outside of marriage, excessive divorce, etc.) is sand to the gears of God’s designed civilization (people and culture/customs). Engage in what the manual tells you not to do, and you will harm yourself and others who mess with you sexually and/or who love you. Do it on a society level, and it watch the whole thing melt down...like Sodom.
Sex is a wonderful part of creation. But it is powerful so there are a lot of instructions about it in God’s manual. Christians are not prudes or hateful when they protect society on a cultural level from the stupidity of liberalism. They are acting as expert civilization mechanics.
