I've filled in one of these security questionnaires before. Not sure the State Department uses an identical form, but the key part of the above phrase on the form I completed stated ". . .that advocates the violent overthrow. . ."

This brings up a question that's been nagging me about "Obama" as well. Was he actually granted a security clearance? How would we know? I can't seem to find much on it after 2008 besides this piece at Red State, surprisingly enough:
