The Obama administration declined to try to deport more than 36,000 illegal immigrants that were arrested on other charges between 2008 and 2011, including some who went on to commit 19 murders, 3 attempted murders and 142 sex crimes, the House Judiciary Committee said Tuesday.
All told, the administration was alerted to nearly 160,000 immigrants most of them here legally who were arrested during the three-year period. They went on to be charged in nearly 60,000 more crimes, according to the committee and the Congressional Research Service, which issued a report on the matter.
The findings stem from the Obama administrations Secure Communities program, which was designed to identify immigrants who run afoul of the law and who the administration decides it wants to deport.

They are doing Obama’s work.
...if they have the balls.
Time to start filing civil lawsuits against the Obama administration and Janet Napolitano for failing to enforce the laws.
This is like “Fast and Furious” except instead of guns, the killing instruments are illegal foreign criminals unleashed onto the US population.
They didn’t commit those crimes on their own. Somebody along the line gave them some help. There was a crappy teacher somewhere in their lives. Somebody helped to create this unbelievable American legal system that we have that allowed them to thrive. Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If they live a life of crime — they didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.
19 murders & 142 sex crimes, wow. Buster Napolitano is racking up quite a score.
And to those who actually *believe* that it's only 19 and 142 I like to introduce them to the Easter Bunny.
for the AFIRE ping list

Whenever an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or something similar, here’s what I recommend:
What can we do about it? Heres my standard post.
RICO Citizen Recourse
Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.
Heres what Ive been pushing: its time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.
RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. Im surprised they havent done it already.
In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like this jerk.
Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, Im going to point out that the victims family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and theyll all simply want to go back home.
Not to worry, Congress will take care of this. Right?
Bump
I really cross my fingers that the pos in chief meets his end at the hand of an ILLEGAL
