Poland has been fighting off Russian aggressiveness again in the last few years which has been supported by Obama (missile defense).
I think it's great that Romney is again encouraging our allies in these dark days and I think it's wonderful that he paid them a visit.
Those PaulBots get around!
If Walesa was a freeper, he would be banned for supporting Romney.
Communists for Obama. Anti-Communists for Romney.
The liberal moral relativist that hated Reagan and wanted the balance of power BS are reaching for the Preparation H, is that you Dan????
This is a stand against an "Ism" that Lech knows all too well, and this is also a stand for American Exceptionalism.
It was that Exceptionalism that helped bring down the Wall, not Egyptian, Greek or any other Exceptionalism....
By the way Barack, did you help Build that Wall? I mean seriously, were you and your commie parents their in the early 60's and were you or them slinging mud?
I remember when Obama went overseas before 2008. What a contrast.
Not possible. The rest of the world all adore Hussein.
I have a lot of reasons for not liking Romney. But since locking up the nomination he is handling himself well.
Up against the O, he looks like a giant. Of course, up against that annoying little pipsqueak, almost anyone looks like a giant.
Still, Lech Walesa’s endorsement is something to be proud of. Just getting to shake his hand would be an honor in my book.
Completely off topic, but: Mrs. Romney would do us proud as First Lady.
Lizzie Warren is Polish......when it’s to her advantage.
Wonderful picture,I was invited to met him two times. The first time I was not willing to fly to Poland.
one group held a 10-foot-long banner supporting Romney’s primary rival for the GOP presidential nomination, Texas U.S. Rep. Ron Paul.

Ann must have borrowed some clothes from Michelle for the trip...
If LW knew how many communists there were over here, he’d puke his perogies.
“Some good news for Romney as he stumbles through what was supposed to be a statesman like trip overseas.....But even that was overshadowed by what he said in Israel earlier today.”
Oh, and they just loved Cheney beating up Palin yesterday. They couldn't play that enough.
Just wow. Walesa, Reagan, Thatcher, JPII. They don't make em like that anymore.
"That's the man I really like", said Lech Walesa.
"Always loyal (and faithful) with one (and the same) wife, five children and this all resembles my family so much and makes us very close indeed", added Lech Walesa.
Thanks for this post.
There are still a sizable number of Americans who remember the Cold War and the incredible courage and determination of Reagan, John Paul II and Walesa and all those who fought with them to bring down the Iron Curtain erected by the biggest mass murderer in history, Joseph Stalin.
For those Americans, Walesa’s refusal to meet with Obama and his endorsement of Romney can focus us on what is at stake this November.
