DENVER (AP) -- A former prosecutor says the man suspected of shooting and killing 12 people and wounding 58 others at a Colorado theater won't face an additional homicide charge after one of the victims who was critically injured suffered a miscarriage.

Well, according to the National Right to Life Committee, Colorado does not have an Unborn Victim Law! It needs to be changed ASAP.

What makes you think he’ll hang at all. He’ll end up in a psyche ward or something comfortable with free meals, free entertainment, free housing, free medical care and the rest until he dies of natural causes or he’s pardoned or “gotten off” by some liberal activist interest group. Oh, and he’ll probably get to vote too.

A few weeks ago a mother with a full term baby, within days/hours of natural delivery, was hit by a drunk driver. The baby died as a result of the accident, but because the baby possibly died in utero, the only charges are the injuries inflicted on the mother.
