Because they aren’t all Black?Or Jewish. Party loyalty is a lot more fickle among ethnic groups outside of blacks and Jews. I don't think any other ethnic group routinely gives 80-90% of its vote to one party.

Heck - if we got 65% of the white vote, we’d have a 2/3 majority in both houses. McCain only got 55% in 2008.
