...and Grandma couldn’t imagine why I wouldn’t go within a thousand meters of the faculty lounge while I was (briefly) teaching college classes.
Wow.
Some of those people were just plain scarey as individual cases, and if you wandered into a pack of ‘em, you could almost feel the IQ points drain out of your ears.
(Not to mention the fact that I really get bored by folks who act like I’ve got fangs eight inches long and drag knuckles wherever I walk.....)
