Crossroads piles on Obama’s “you didn’t build that” comment (Video)

American Crossroads, the 527 organization co-founded by Karl Rove, released a new video titled “Build” today, hitting President Obama for telling Americans earlier this month, “If you’ve got a business — you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.”

Crossroads put the speech on an iPad and showed it to small business owners across the country. Some of the reactions in the video:

“Unbelievable.” “What an insult.” “I am outraged.” “I can’t believe he just said that.” “I can’t believe the president of the United States could say that I have not made this.” “We risk everything every day…” “It came from my personal savings…”

Say what you want about Rove, but the guy is undefeated in elections and 2-0 in presidential ones.

As we used to say, “Rove! You magnificent bas+ard!”

Not a great ad, but not bad. Not bad at all.

Insulting all the business owners in the USA sure is a brain dead move by Obama.

He has proven that he cannot even run a summer hot day lemonade stand.

I am wondering how the people like Bill Gates & George Lucas and many others are feeling about Obama’s complete disrespect for all their efforts. I am pretty convinced that such business people didn’t find their funding & inspiration inside a Cracker Jack box at the ball game early on in their lives. They worked VERY hard. No matter their views on politics, I DO respect their efforts & results.

Karl Rove is to be thanked for getting after this ignorant jerk as quickly as he did.

I cannot wait to see the ad here in the Reno market.

So how long until that joke about the business owner going to the parking lot to see who has an Obama sticker on their car so he knows who next to lay off becomes real, if not the ‘norm’ in business.

“You didn’t build that” quote best thing Obama has ever done for the American people. It might cost the election for the Great Usurper.

The sneering and arrogant tone of the ersatz POTUS’s ultimate anti-business statement only serves to intensify its negative impact.
