A lot of compounds and elements that have been labeled “harmful” can be found in many plant places- including in food and people. The concentration of harmful substances is what needs to be known. TCA & TCE are not something I would worry about- organic solvents like this can bound/separated quite readily.

If TCE is Trichloroethane then it a synthetic and doesn't occur in nature
Trichlor has been used a long time as a degreaser and was commonly injected into disposal wells
