A woman died of injuries she received during an abortion at a local Planned Parenthood clinic Friday.
Tonya Reaves, 24, of the 1500 block of N. Kildare, was pronounced dead at 11:20 p.m. Friday at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office. She was taken to the hospital from the Planned Parenthood clinic at 18 S. Michigan Ave.
An autopsy done Saturday listed the woman’s cause of death to be hemorrhage, with a cervical dilation and evacuation, as well as an intrauterine pregnancy as contributing causes, according to the medical examiner’s office. Her death was ruled an accident.
Calls to local and national Planned Parenthood offices were not returned.
I believe in the death penalty for murderers.

Should say, woman dies in abortuary after killing her unborn child. . . . Abortionist arrested for 1st degree murder of unborn and manslaughter for murder of baby’s carrier.
The death of her baby was no accident. That was premeditated murder and she was the accomplice.
Maybe they mistook her for “unviable tissue mass” as they like to call unborn children.
A crime that punished the criminal. Too bad Dr. Killcare didn’t cut himself and crash from staph as well.

A typical abortion is a tragedy in which one innocent person dies. This was a double tragedy - as usual an innocent person died, but another person also died. I have known several women who committed abortion but later repented, and I can only consider this double tragedy a sad event.

The medical examiner found that intrauterine pregnancy—IOW, NORMAL pregnancy—was a contributing cause of death? I’d love to know the reason behind that.

I was flummoxed by that, as well. I was just going to google “intrauterine pregnancy” to see if I had misunderstood!
The medical examiner must be on the HHS payroll, making sure the Establishment treats normal pregnancy as a pathology requiring “preventative care.”
Abortionists have a pretty good record, few of the mothers die,it’s their souls that die.
If she hadn't been pregnant, then she wouldn't have gotten an abortion. Hence, the pregnancy was a contributing cause.

I don't believe for a minute that she was "brainwashed." What mother in her right mind would think that the artificial and premature destruction of the contents of her womb is nothing other than blatant murder . . . maybe she would call it something else, but the instinct that a mother-to-be gets from God would, in no way, let her think that she was carrying some kind of blob that needed to be expunged.
We have dumbed down murder to call it abortion, then to call it a mother's right, then to call it . . . .(fill in the blank).

About 10 years ago, I saw on C-Span some POS call a baby an "obligate parasite" during a pro-death senate or house committee . . . and no one challenged the POS.

I think it`s important to keep things in perspective,speaking of the Batman shootings that are consuming the nations airwaves.
How many people died/injured in the shootings, something like 70 people injured and 12 dead.That`s just a drop in the bucket compared to the abortions that are performed in a single day.

I wish this were 100% true. It’s sad, but I’ve seen women get abortions who WERE raised in good Christian families. Their abortions were all the more sad to me.
It takes a woman, basically, who wants nothing to do with the responsibility and life change associated with having a child. Often it’s the boyfriend, or the mother who convinces her “she’s just not ready.” It takes supportive people in a woman’s life to direct her to take the proper steps once she finds she’s pregnant.
We need to watch who our daughters surround themselves with — who are their friends? What are their beliefs? What is her boyfriend’s belief system if it ever were to happen? What are her beliefs about children in general?
I worry about this with my own daughter who seems to gravitate toward non-believers, even though she is still a practicing Catholic.

There have been some disturbing anti-abortion images posted by them (Christian friends in Ecuador).
In America those images are accepted if they turn people away from BIG TOBACCO but if it’s to save the life of a baby I would imagine you may get reported as “abuse” and lose your Facebook Profile.

I don’t want to see a woman die while getting an abortion, even though I believe what she was doing was wrong. Yes, I believe she killed a human being, but I also believe in God’s forgiveness. If she hadn’t of died, she may have realized what she did was wrong and sought God’s forgiveness. Some very dedicated opponents of abortion are women who had abortions themselves. Now it’s too late. This abortion took two lives. Safe, legal, and rare? Yeah right.

On a related note, my town is filling with people from Ecuador & Peru; our Peruvian Day Parade is now bigger than our St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Who’da thunkit ... it means a normal pregnancy with a baby growing in the uterus, which we have for that very purpose. I predict that we will be seeing more of this phrasing, until the average watcher of “The View” or reader of local headlines believes “intrauterine pregnancy” is an abnormality, like “ectopic pregnancy.”
AMEN! I just finished reading a private response from someone that took great issue with what I said about Dems having blood on their hands. The poster was trying to tell me about all the great pro life Democrats...LOL
iI told him they were a bunch of phonies, if they really held pro life views they wpould have zero to do with the Democrat party.
On top of the fact that the Dem platform celebrates abortion, they also celebrate the removal of Christ/God from classroom/public square and a host of other anti Christian positions
