If witness accounts are true about Carlos Viveros-Colorado's speed before he struck and killed a girl outside a St. Paul high school, it wouldn't be the first time he'd been driving fast.
In the year leading up to the accident that killed Clarisse Grime, 16, near Harding High School this month, police stopped Viveros-Colorado three times, citing him for speeding and not having a Minnesota driver's license.
Viveros-Colorado, who turns 51 on Sunday, July 22, is in the U.S. illegally for the second time. He was undocumented when convicted of DWI in 2001 and left the country, but he returned about two years later.

“Sanctuary City” residents deserve every abuse their idiotic and treasonous residents have visited upon their pointy little heads by the criminal immigrants they knowingly harbored.
The courts records on Mr. Viveros-Colorado are interesting. They indicate that in the 2001 incident he was charged with DWI 3rd Degree, BAC.16 over 0.10, and no Minnesota drivers license. The 3rd degree DWI and the no Minnesota DL were dismissed. He was convicted of BAC.16 over.10 and sentenced to 30 days with a year probation and a $300 fine. However the fail time was stayed for one year except for 3 days and the $250 of the $300 fine was stayed. He ended up with 3 days in jail and paid $80 ($50 fine plus $30 surcharge). Another drunk got off light.
In the March 2012 case he was charged with driving without a license and failure to have proof of insurance. The proof of insurance charge was dismissed. He was fined a total of $185. That obviously did not discourage him from driving without a license.

Illegals leaving Arizona for sanctuary cities bring contagious diseases with them
As long ago as in 2005, Arizona hospitals and doctors were worrying about the resurgence of some serious infectious diseases being brought to the United States by illegal immigrants from Mexico. In 2010, if anything, it seems to be getting worse as illegals travel to sanctuary cities and the diseases spread among those populations.

The idea of sanctuary cities being struck down with contagious diseases due to their own hubris has a certain satisfaction about it.
This story illustrate why illegals should be issued drivers licenses.
Obviously his lack of license was one of the causes of the accident.
