Did the DoD direct that the uniform must be complete?

It doesn't matter, and here's why:

Last month, the SCOTUS ruled that the "Stolen Valor" act was unconstitutional. Thus, ANYONE, regardless of military service, could wear a uniform anywhere.

I believe now that you'll see entire swaths of faggots marching in parades in full military uniforms purchased from local Army/Navy surplus or even one of the many online uniform retailers. There will be no way to discern them from real members of the military.

Wow, I didn't even think of that angle. This could get uglier than I imagined.
