What would happen IF an authentic and legitimate birth certificate surfaces which proves Obama was born in Kenya?

Where does that take this nation constitutionally?

What happens to Obama legally?

Legally, such a birth certificate has no relevance until it is admitted as evidence in a court proceeding or accepted by the House/Senate as evidence for purpose of an impeachment/removal proceeding.

It could be used in a court proceeding as evidence to convict people other than Obama who participated in the fraud with Obama.

But as to Obama, it would depend entirely on whether the House of Representatives is willing to accept it as evidence and start the impeachment ball rolling.

If he is a usurper then he isn’t president. He would be merely a usurper dressed up as a president.
