Well, yeah, it doesn’t take a lot of research to look at the picture in post #8, LOL.

The mother should be tried as an accessory to the crime PRIOR to the fact and imprisoned.

The mother of a man who was shot dead by a manager during an attempted robbery of an Indianapolis Kroger has filed a federal lawsuit against the grocery store. If she is allowed to continue this suit, setting precedent for suing people for doing stuff that's legal, then whether she wins or loses, I'm suing HER for committing acts which were legal but which could have the effect of making me less safe. Goose, meet gander!

Atkinson first encountered a store employee an unarmed security guard and walked up behind her, placing what she believed to be an object in her back and ordered her to walk to the office, read part of a statement from the Marion County Prosecutors Office. So I take it there's some doubt that the, uh...thing...he stuck in her back may not have been an object??

A new “Trail of Tears” racist carnival featuring ________, to be featured on CBS, NBC, ABC, etc. on a channel near you soon. See the tears of the grieving mother whose cretin son was just in the store buying skittles and green tea when accosted and murdered.

We have Fry’s in AZ (A Kroger company) and we go there all the time. When we started Constitutional Carry, I asked them about their concealed carry policy. Manager said, “I don’t care. People open carry in here all the time, so what’s the big deal?”

a second employee saw that Atkinson had the security guard in a headlock and that Atkinson was wearing a mask that obscured his faceMaybe what she believed was an "object" stuck in her back was actually a "headlock." And if he was wearing a mask that didn't obscure his face, would anyone notice he was even wearing a mask at all?
p.s., I'm glad he's dead.

This is an interesting lawsuit, as the excuse for these anti-gun policies has always been that they immunize the store by preventing lawsuits.
Wisconsin's act 35, the shall issue law passed last year, actually does immunize business owners, if they do *not* prohibit guns in their establishments.

Maybe it was just an, uh, object!

Me, too! I'm sure the guy was what I call an "oxygen thief", in addition to being an object-thief or money-thief.

former armed criminal
Elijah Elliot (left), the former Kroger store manager who killed a would-be robber
(this guy looks clean and righteous to me)
The Marion County Prosecutor's Office ruled in January that Elliot was justified in shooting Atkinson and would not face criminal charges. Elliot was fired by Kroger for having the gun while on duty and decided not to accept an offer to return to the store after he was cleared of criminal wrongdoing.

Please give yourself more credit than that! I’m new, so all of my posts are on a delay - until x amount of time passes and I’m deemed worthy of “real time” posting status. My post would’ve been 1 or 2. LOL
