God knows who I am. He knows what I am going to do, when I am going to do it, how I am going to do it and all the motives I have that even I do not admit to myself.

Possibly, he thinks he can do whatever and God doesn't even know him, so he doesn't know what he is doing and wants us all to be like him - DO WHATEVER - God doesn't even know you! The traffic judge doesn't have to know him to give him a ticket either. But that is over his paygrade to understand.
