If it was valid, Onaka would have had to verify the stuff AZ SOS Ken Bennett submitted on the verification application form. He refused to do that.

Wisch doesn’t have to play by any rules. Onaka does. And the one who has to play by the rules would not verify as true ANY of the claims on Obama’s birth certificate in their office.

When a person submits the application that’s like saying to Onaka, “Is that your final answer?” There’s no going back after that. Onaka’s final answer was that he could not verify any of Obama’s birth facts as true.

Bennett is just one of many bad guys, but he is convenient. Let's start bombarding him with e-mails, letters, and his office with phone calls. He now has more than ample grounds for removing Obama from the AZ Ballot.

He needs no more authority than he already has under the state Constitution
