Wisch can say all he wants but he’s not even authorized to see the records in question. When Wisch says that Obama’s birth certificate is “valid”, what birth certificate is he talking about, and how does he know whether it is or isn’t, if he hasn’t been allowed to see the record? Which law allows Wisch to say what is on Obama’s birth record? When Zullo spoke to Jill Nagamine (deputy AG) she said that they can’t say anything unless there is an official procedure for a qualified person to get a “verification”.
And the truth of the matter is that AZ SOS Ken Bennett filled out an official application for a verification of Obama’s true birth facts (DOB, gender, city of birth, island of birth, mother’s name, and father’s name). According to HI statute HRS 338-14.3 the DOH SHALL (mandatory, no wiggle room) issue a verification of the existence of a vital record AND anything that a qualified applicant requests to be verified pertaining to the vital event. The law stipulates that a verification is a certification that the vital even happened as described by the applicant. IOW, as long as the applicant provides birth facts to be verified that are on a legally valid vital record, the HDOH is REQUIRED to verify those as the true facts.
So what did Onaka do? He refused to verify Obama’s gender as male, DOB as Aug 4, 1961, city of birth as Honolulu, island of birth as Oahu, mother as Stanley Ann Dunham Obama, and father’s name as Barack Hussein Obama. According to the requirements of HRS 338-14.3 the only legal reason for him to refuse to verify those facts to a qualified applicant (which HI recognized Bennett as being by providing a verification of the existence of the birth record) is if they cannot say that the vital event really happened that way. Onaka verified that the claims on the posted long-form are what is claimed in their records, so the only reason left for Onaka to refuse to verify those facts is because the record they have is NOT LEGALLY VALID.
So Wisch can say all he wants with his unaccountable blowing out his rear, but Onaka has rules he has to follow, and when asked specifically whether Barack Hussein Obama II, male, was born on Aug 4, 1961 in Honolulu on the island of Oahu to mother Stanley Ann Dunham Obama and father Barack Hussein Obama, and being required to say yes to any of those items which were true.... he refused to say yes to ANY of those items.
So there is our answer. Hawaii has spoken. The record they have for Obama is not legally valid, according to the only one qualified to answer that question, when subjected to the laws governing verification.
Furthermore, the HDOH has been caught 3 times now falsifying official records, so even with all the hedging around the HDOH did in the instances cited by Wisch, there is little reason to believe them, because they’ve already shown blatant willingness to falsify official records:
1. the 1960-64 birth index so that it includes legally non-valid records.
2. Virginia Sunahara’s database record, so that it didn’t show up under her name when queried. Whose name was her record under at that time, if not her own?
3. The HDOH altered Stig Waidelich’s BC# in a stunt coordinated with CNN. Here’s what I posted elsewhere regarding this latest falsification which I suspected long ago but which is now proven:

Based on what Verna Lee said, there is no way that Stig WAidelich was given a BC# 282 later than Gretchen Nordyke, who was born 28 minutes before him. For 282 people to be born in those 28 minutes would require a birth rate 336 times the birth rate in Honolulu for August of 1961.
The HDOH fabricated a BC# for Stig Waidelich to make it appear that BC#’s were not issued sequentially (in order to try to explain away Obama’s BC# discrepancy). And in order to get that false BC# out into the public they arranged a stunt with CNN, where CNN would focus on Stig Waidelich and have him order his BC and pick up the COLB straight from the HDOH office while the CNN cameras videotaped, including the BC#.
By about 6am the morning after that segment by Gary Tuchmann aired on CNN on April 25, 2011... an Obama supporter submitted a comment on my blog asking whether I had seen Stig Waidelich’s BC# and that it contradicted what I was saying about Obama’s BC# being a discrepancy.
That segment showing the BC# that was specifically fabricated by the HDOH for CNN cameras was re-aired on May 30th, when Mike Zullo was in Hawaii investigating the fraud surrounding Obama’s BC. That’s TWICE that CNN aired the stunt that they worked out with the HDOH in order to get FALSIFIED records into the public eye.
So when you mention CNN, they actually DID play a hand in a fabricated birth certificate: Stig Waidelich’s. With the help of the HDOH itself.
This is much, much bigger than Rathergate.

The trail of corruption goes from the government in Hawaii to all of the other States, the entire upper echelons of the government, including, tragically, the military itself, up through the heads of state of other governments around the world, all pretending that this guy's legit.
