Senates are people. The building doesn't pass laws. Talking about "the senate" is not an observation regarding architecture.

Unions are people.

Corporations are people.

Just finish the sentence:

Corporations are people who _____________________. Corporations are people who design the smallest computers. They build the tallest buildings. It's not the desk within corporate headquarters who gets all this and more done.

Unions are people who ________________. Unions are people who browbeat and shake down business owners for the benefit of leftist causes. It's not their lavish country clubs that do this.

Senates are people who _______________. Senates are people who steal your liberty, raise your taxes, and grab your guns. It's not the building that does this.

Senates are not people. They are vermin, but not people.

RUSH: "Of course corporations are people. What else would they be?

So when the Founders wrote "We the People," they meant "We the Corporations"?

No?

You mean, "corporations are people," but "people aren't corporations"?

How does that work?

Well, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court recognizes the jurisidction of the People, and the jurisdiction of corporations, as the two SEPARATE powers of the US government.

But you knew that, right? Like Rush does.

I mean, it's not like it's important. He's just the Chief Justice, and it's only Obamacare. It's not like the difference might be important to understand. After all, isn't that what Rush is saying here - that the difference is not important? He should tell Roberts that, because the Chief Justice seems to think it's a big deal.

I tried once-asking my liberal neighbor-if she supported small businesses. She said she did. I then asked her, "at what point does a small business become too big-to a point at which think they're bad?"

She could not answer that.
