It’s a shame that we would have to choose who would be best for the job based on skin color or sex.

To those of us who really pay attention and vote based on the issues such attributes are meaningless, but the left’s “identity politics” drives the choice patterns of a sizable chunk of the electorate today.
So let's just vote straight democrat in November, you know, to show the left that we conservatives are open-minded.
