I don’t this will help the Rat much in those districts especially if the anti-obamacare sentiment is strong.
It might not.But in a district with a tight race coming up it can't *hurt* to have that "no" vote on the record.The RAT can say "yes,I voted in favor originally but have seen the light".And if,by chance,OsamaObamaCare is the only big beef the voters have with that RAT it just might work.A move of desperation,perhaps,but sometimes "Hail Mary" passes *do* work.
