Open Carry Inc., a Michigan Gun Rights Group, was in the Court of Appeals Wednesday to fight a ruling that upheld the capital area district library's right to ban guns in the library.
Last year, a circuit court judge decided the library could ban guns.
Open Carry Inc.'s lawyer expects an opinion from the judge in a few weeks.
The group's president says if they have to, they'll go all the way to the Supreme Court.
The problem is most judges do not follow either the law or our Constitution. They are tyrants.
I know plenty of cities have tried to impose gun ordinances but none have withstood a challenge. Most recent that I can remember is near Detroit where they wanted to ban guns at a “private” street festival. That died before ever seeing a courtroom for obvious reasons.
The White House is 41 miles from my current home and I can smell the stench from here.
