On Tuesday, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced an ordinance he said would make sure police know they don’t have to turn illegal immigrants over to federal authorities.

Hold on. Arizona was told, no no, you can't make your own immigration laws. Isn't this what the Roberts decision supposedly squashed -- states and "sanctuary cities" making their own immigration laws trumping the feds? I'll just hold my breath waiting for the feds to take action.
