States are feel to make bad choices. Don’t confuse what they ought to do with what they are allowed to do. The freedom is circumscribed by the the Constitution and nowadays by a domineering central government. Much of this is the fault of the states themselves, because of the bad choices they make. Do you agree that implementing Socialized Medicine, whether it is ObamaCare or RomneyCare is not what the founders had in mind when they setup this grand experiment called a Democratic Republic?
