Ten more large states follow suit and Obamacare will disappear down a fiscal black hole, even before 2014
The new taxes and regulations will still go into effect next year. This is not a substitute for the repeal of obamacare at the federal level. Perry is only saying that he’ll refuse to accept federal money to expand medicaid. Obama will just use the money to buy votes elsewhere.
The next step: Perry should REFUSE to allow the IRS to collect the Obamacare tax in Texas.
