The EU has paid out €4 billion in aid to Palestinian authorities since 2000. Money is a fungible entity, so whether the EU admits it or not it is a terror sponsoring entity.
But those €4 billion - guess how much they would like to have them now with Greece floundering, Spain on the verge of collapse, Italy sinking...
