Love to shut down? Obama has done a hell of a lot of damage to our oil industry down here! He basically let our offshore ore rigs be sent off to Brazil, and is actively trying to shut down our Texas refineries!
Texas is having to fight him for what we have left! Obama is an unmitigated disaster for our industry.

Palin (whom I’ve heard “they” are trying to shut out of convention) could talk about energy, Jindal could chime in as to what Obama did to LA Gulf oil industry. EPA is “quietly” shutting down Ohio, WVa and midwest coal fired electic generating plants. It is all being done almost secretly. No one squawking.
