That's how I see it. When he loses, he will have 3 months to institute all of his executive orders and declare himself permanent emporer.

He won’t “lose”. He’ll either (1) cheat to the extreme, or (2) declare martial law in Octoboer and cancel the election. It’ll depend on what the polls show.
