Six instructors have been referred to court martial on charges ranging from attempting to have a sexual relationship with a recruit to adultery

Since this is no longer criminal in many states, what is the charge?

If same sex sodomy is now permissible in the military (AND CELEBRATED) who's to "judge"?

“charges ranging from attempting to have a sexual relationship with a recruit to adultery”

If a homosexual is ‘married’ to another homosexual does the military recognize the marriage and charge them for adultery, too? Or are married homosexuals given a pass because homosexual marriage is not recognized? The military would need to charge for equal justice under the laws but then that recognition opens a whole ‘nother can of worms.

So many questions and possibilites, what a mess...

Adultery has long been, and remains a criminal charge under the UCMJ.
