I said much the same thing on a similar thread earlier today. Once the state is the parent, then it's either "game over" for freedom, or things get real interesting.

"Eventually the state will take possession."Exactly why such a monstrosity of a bad bill has a chance of passing. Raising the odds 33% that one parent will sue, and therefore put the whole sordid 'family' into The System, and make them all wards of The State.
