Let’s be honest. The Tea Party has no power. They gained some seats and where are we? Deeper in debt - unable to get the leadership to actually do anything. They get what they want.
Obamacare has passed. Look at the clutz who is the Republican nominee. Really?
How did this all happen?
People talk a good talk but nothing is going to change. People can rise up their arms - run around - scream like kids - talk about how they are going to start another revolution, another civil war, another whatever. It isn’t coming. It isn’t going to happen.
Even the leadership among us has thrown their wait behind the “it isn’t Obama” candidate.
We have lost.
Unless Texas can leave the Union (or another state) - I don’t see what hope there is.
It’s over. I know people will say I am being negative or giving up but I look at the reality of the situation. We will soon be 20 and then 30 trillion in debt. It is all downhill from here. The America we once loved and knew is gone. It is over.
Nobody is going to do much more than scream and shout. Some will blog about it. A few people might get off the rear ends and picket this or that. Other than that - eh - not much else will happen.
There is no uprising. If there isn’t an uprising by now then I don’t think it is coming. The Tea Party HAD some legs at one time and then - well then I am not sure what happened.
