Come January, could President Romney issue an executive order abolishing these thousands of laws on Obamacare ?
No. He could issue a one-year waver to all 50 states; then allow the machine to do its work to repeal. Of course, during that time, 'rats could take the waivers to court, just as R's can do now but have not, as being unlawful.
If he had the balls to do it, yes he could. 0dumb0 doesn't even consider the legalities or protocol of issuing EO's any longer. Of course OTOH, remember that Romney unilaterally implemented homo/lesbian same sex marriage in MA, even though the MA Supreme Court acknowledged they had no constitutional authority to order Romney or the legislature to implement same sex marriage.
So the answer is yes he could if had the balls....and no he won't because neither he nor the Repukes have the balls to do something so blatantly "in your face" against the socialist RAT bastard demoRATs.....and then tell the courts to piss off when they issue injunctions against his EO or expanding the waivers to all 50 states.
