In N. Korea's restaurant districts, well-dressed 'gentleman scavengers' are popping up.

Maybe the South Koreans can drop some stray dogs into NorK-land by parachute to stop this!

Yum, leftovers in Pyongyang.

If it’s that rough for the privileged in town, you can multiply the suffering out in the countryside.

It is very hard for us who never have faced starvation to know the depth of that problem in Chosen (North Korea). I have just finished a book titled THIS IS PARADISE, by Hyok Kang about his N.Korean childhood. Through out the book the lack of food, the starvation, and yes, the death by starvation are always in the forefront.
He and his family were lucky enough to escape through China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand and finally into So. Korea.

If you want to support balloon flights of food, money, socks, and other items to North Korean you can donate to these organizations.

It looks like Voice of The Martyrs sends faxes to the NorKs as well as balloons.

Even though this is a drop in the bucket for what the North Korean people need this is at least a start.
