There is precedence for this; I forget the name of the product, but it was both a Floor Cleaner and a Dessert Topping. And just as believable.

The hearing on this case is November and the Supreme Court will be reversed.

WAKE UP!

If we want a Constitution of liberty, we will have to shove it down the throats of our leaders in the imperial capital.

Most do not want a Constitution of liberty, most do not prize liberty, and most are utterly indifferent to whether we have the Constitution or not. WAKE UP.

NOV 2012 - needs a majority conservative elected officials across the board to repeal everything Commissar 0bama has done...it’s the only way to clean up the mess he created - oh no...it’s like his daughter being punished with a baby...instead the entire nation is being punished by a well feed Socialist newborn...weighing in at $15,802,000,000,000+

That’s a BIG BOY!!!

Only were Obamacare’s mandate not a tax could it be litigated at this time under the Anti-Injunction Act. Accordingly, the majority says it is not a tax. But it can only be ruled constitutional if it is a tax.

So, the High Court calls it a tax and not a tax at the same time.

Shades of Schrödinger’s Cat

It is both a tax and not a tax at the same time.

Somebody open the frigging box!!!

So the High Court calls it a tax and not a tax at the same time. The dissent called this “remarkable.” Stronger words spring to mind.

I don't think you can accurately describe the opinion without using the word "Cluster".

The repudiation of logic, the Orwellian assertion that A both is and is not A.

That's why liberals can believe simultaneously that: a) conservatives are fascists who want to tell everyone what to do; and b) conservatives believe in no government at all.

I have heard both statements from publicly visible liberals in the past couple of weeks.

Chief Justice Roberts’ majority decision on ObamaCare has done two things.

The minor thing is it has given the Roberts’ Court its legacy and footnote in history. Irregardless of any and all future opinions the Roberts’ Court will be known by this decision. Chief Justice Roberts and spend the rest of his time on the bench being the most conservative (or reactionary by liberal standards) judge in the Republic's history and it will do no good.

The MAJOR thing is Chief Justice Roberts’ has destroyed on of the few remaining under pinons our founding father's left us. The population can no longer depend nor expect the Supreme Court to listen to them. The Court will decide cases based on what is good for the court and other liberals even if 2 out of every 3 “We, the People” thin otherwise and the Constitution agrees with us.

In the last 20 years the last two pillars of the public American soul have been destroyed. In the 1990’s the concept of anyone could become President if he had enough money was killed by the media. In the 2110’s the concept that the Courts were the defenders of the American way was killed first in Florida and now DC.

I fear for my children's and grandchildren’s futures and for my Republic.
