Roberts is a traitor. Even Kennedy wrote that Obamacare “is invalid in its entirety”. Somebody should find a reason to impeach Roberts or he could be chief justice for the next 30 years.
I agree. Instead of ruining us through the Commmerce Clause we can now be ruined more easily through the taxing power. This court (Roberts) has now created a massive short cut around the enumerated powers. The court has never has limited the Government to it’s enumerated powers. Until we get a court to look first at the enumerated powers, we are toast.
