I will neither pay the Obamunist jizya nor will I go to jail. I'd rather go down with a pile of spent cartridge cases at my feet then to submit to this.

“They had a choice, all of them. They could have followed in the footsteps of good men like my father, or President Truman. Decent men, who believed in a day’s work for a day’s pay. Instead they followed the droppings of lechers and Communists and didn’t realize that the trail led over a precipice until it was too late. Don’t tell me they didn’t have a choice.”

Now the whole world stands on the brink, staring down into bloody hell, all those liberals and intellectuals and smooth-talkers… and all of a sudden, nobody can think of anything to say.”
Rorschach – from The Watchmen

If I recall the Amish are one of the 1,200 groups that have been given waivers. Not sure, but I think Muslim groups have gotten waivers too.

That's discriminatory if Religious freedom has no say in the Obomascare debate. If the Catholics are forced to support sin, why not all religions?

Besides, this is a tax on disobedience, it's unconstitutional to give tax wavers to one group and not everyone or all groups that disobey.

If I remember correctly, the Amish and strict islamists do not use insurance, and are exempt due to nonuse. For Catholics, payment of this is active support of abortion. Active support of abortion is a grave, mortal sin. Kathleen Sebelius is a Catholic who was excommunicated several years ago, in relation to her activities supporting abortion as governor. She knows, as must Madame Pelosi, what the payment signifies for Catholics. Many groups have been given waivers. I’ve read reports including various unions, McDonald’s, et cetera. All this is evil, by design.

I agree with your opinion on the issue.

If it had stood as originally prescribed, waivers could be given, but if this is a tax then everyone takes a bite out of the pie.

Maybe all professing Christians could get waivers, too.

As sayuncledave mentioned in post 23 even McDonalds' was given waivers.

Can't imagine that can stand as the law now reads.

Can we opt out of this? I do not in any way support this or abortions. There must be a way.

Didn't they rule, that you could opt out but you still have to pay the tax?

That is basically what the Catholic Church is filing suit against. By paying the insurance premium even to a third party you are participating in the evil.

“We were promised by Barack Obama that no federal money would be used to fund abortions in the Obamacare legislation”

Isn’t it your money they are spending for abortion?

Yes, you opt out from the barrel of a gun. Many people are having these very same thoughts on a way out of something so vile against their being. It's time to get on the armor. Forget rationalizing, forget conflict mediation stance, your "fellow man" aka the ruling class believe you to be a serf, and the only thing they respect is violence; specifically fear of their own mortality, as they live a grand illusion playacting deeming themselves gods.

Anyone who hasn't prepared themselves spiritually, mentally or physically for coming upheaval, civil unrest, and bloodshed, you are behind the curve. It is now inevitable as of June 28th. We've crossed the Rubicon.

Doesn't matter if it's immediate noncompliance or years later as every aspect of one's life is controlled like owning firearms, deemed hazardous for the public health, a burden on society allegedly raising costs of government care thus you must pay five grand in "taxes". Violence, war is inevitable.

It is not only moral imperative for the abortion issue but your duty under the Constitution, Declaration of Independance, and unalienable God given rights to reject this tyranny. We are absolved from it's edicts. The government has violated it's contract, and by deciding the rule of law no longer matters for the citizenry who find themselves under open season, those same rules apply to the tyrants -- no law will protect them from us.

Yes it's going to bad. Yes it's negative. But there a 2 positives I see at the forefront the liberal fascist morons didn't care about: a) Over half the population of this country didn't want Zerocare; b) they should have banned the 2nd Amendment when they had the chance. And wait til the taxes start and all the other goodies from this, see how it goes over with the slice of population that's apathetic or neutral on Zerocare.

In addition, lay your fears and worry aside, because you are not alone. The passage of Zerocare by corrupt means started the Tea Party, now this monsters implementation via members of SOCTUS who violated their oaths will start another level into civil disobedience and eventually, yes, armed defensive resistance as tyrants who deem themselves gods will not be disobeyed or ridiculed; it's historic precedent that they will overplay their hand and cause the death of innocents. In regards to the former noncompliance there's all kinds of creative minds and ingenuity in America that can cog down the machine. And merely 16,000 IRS enforcers are not going to cut it. Who knows, maybe suddenly all the IRS employees names, addresses and personal info will get disseminated off the internet. Working for the people it's only healthy that we as taxpayers share communication after all. And with the "appropriate" feedback, we'll find out just how passionate and devoted they are working for a government agency implementing tyranny. Just one example of the myriad of possibilities.

Besides all that, with this evil package green-lit by robed jesters, expect further unraveling of our society, it's laws, and the Republic. The world will be watching, because if America falls so will they. We're the last beacon of hope so let's show them how it's done.
