However he has promised for years he would not overturn Roe V Wade because that was as he termed it “the law of the land”
It seems Willie Mitty is a buffet guy...
What else will he pick and choose to correct about past bad policies and laws ???
The majority of the law does not go into effect until 2014. There are ways to repeal it or kill it allowing it to die on the vine. We will need a new Constitutional Amendment because of what Roberts did yesterday, making it impossible for the court to write tax laws from the bench. None of this while happen under Obama and it will be too late in 2016.
