Ashake Banks said she opened a candy stand on the street of her North Austin block two weeks ago to keep kids close to their homes and maybe away from gang crossfire.
Late Wednesday night, Banks' 7-year-old daughter Heaven was sitting next to Banks as she sold snacks and snow cones when someone opened fire down the street around 10:45 p.m. A stray bullet hit the little girl as she ran back to her house in the 1700 block of North Luna Avenue, police and family say. She died half an hour later.

Snacks and snow cones at 10:45 PM? Something isn’t right here. There is more to this than snacks.
God bless this child.
Dreadful. RIP.

Shoot all Chicago residents. I don’t care.
Probably not.
These gangs, in their hastiness to kill their rivals, just start firing from the moment they pull their gun from their pants. They don’t even really take time to aim.
Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson, NAACP, are all just Black Racists. They will try to lynch a George Zimmerman for defending himself against a criminal black....but do nothing when innocent blacks are shot by criminal blacks.
Obamies tribal thug pigs can kill whoever they want to kill.
