I have to agree. I completely misjudged Roberts.
Now I’m left shaking my head, blaming Bush for ever appointing him to begin with. He can never redeem himself from this, and might have just doomed our nation to another 4 years of Obama’s tyranny.
I’ll add that to me right now Roberts seems to have been swayed by a preoccupation with his own legacy, rather than doing the right thing for our country.
Judges are creatures of government. They live off of the government, they exist because of government. Judges hate self help. Judges need dependency more than any other branch.
I knew he was no good when he was first appointed and his son behaved do badly in public. It showed he had no discipline in his home.
